Qatar 2022: Brazil announces final squad for World Cup

Brazil announced their squad for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar on Monday, with Liverpool’s Roberto Firmino left out and Arsenal attacker Gabriel Martinelli despite scoring five goal in 13 Premier League appearance this season.

Brazil will start their campaign against Serbia on 24 November, followed by games against Switzerland and Cameroon in Group G.

Morocco Becomes First African Nation To Reach World Cup Semi Final

Morocco has become the first African team to qualify for the semi final of the FIFA World Cup after 1-0 win over Portugal at the Al Thumama Stadium on Saturday.

Youssef En-Nesyri open the score sheet for Morocco on the 42nd minutes of the first half.

The Moroccan has conceded just one goal since in the competition and was even an own goal.

In the group stage, Morocco beat Belgium 2-0 and was equal to Spain throughout the round of 16 and now Portugal in the quarter-finals.

Morocco will face France or England in the semis of the World Cup 2022.
