KiDi wins Artiste of The Year and Other Four Awards. [Full List of Winners]

The 23rd edition of Ghana’s biggest music weekend the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards came of last night at the Grand Arena, Conference Center in Accra.

This years edition was held in 2 section, the day 1 for the industry awards and day 2 for the main awards night.

Lynx Entertainment signee KiDi was crowned the artist of the year at the 23rd edition of the awards ceremony beating the likes of Fameye, Sarkodie, Akwaboah, Joe Mettle, Black Sherif in that categories.

Kidi was crowned the Artiste of the year at the 23rd edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

KiDi won for himself 5 awards at the night that is; the Raggae/Dancehall song of the year with Touch It, Afrobeats/Afropop artiste of the year, Album/EP of the year with Golden Boy album, Touch It again clinching the Vodafone most popular song of the year and the ultimate award of the night “Artiste of the Year”

The event saw thrilling performances from legendary Obrafour who opened the show and the likes of Black Sherif, Stonebwoy, Joe Mettle, Niella, Mr Drew, Kelvyn Boy, S3fa, D Black, KiDi, Gyakie, King Promise, Camidoh and a lot more

CEBA 2025: Celebrating 5 Years of Honoring Excellence in Entertainment and Business⁠

The Central Entertainment and Business Awards (CEBA) has reached a significant milestone as it celebrates its 5th anniversary under the theme “5 Years of Honoring the Best and Inspiring the Next.” Since its inception, CEBA has grown to become one of the most reputable award scheme in the Central Region; recognizing excellence in music, media, creative arts and business.

iEvents the Organizers of CEBA continues to highlight and reward individuals and brands making remarkable contributions to the region’s creative and entrepreneurial landscape.

Over the years, CEBA has honored some of the most influential names in the entertainment and business industries like the Late Prof. Ama Atta Aidoo, David Dontoh of Agroo fame, Joojo Robertson of ‘Efie Wura’ Tv series, and several CEOs and top artists from the region. This has created a platform that motivates emerging talents and established figures alike.

The scheme has also honored media personalities, DJs, comedians, photographers, fashion designers and business moguls whose work has brought recognition and progress to the region. By celebrating these outstanding individuals, CEBA not only acknowledges their achievements but also inspires the next generation to strive for excellence.

Speaking on the launch of the 5th anniversary, iEventsGhana Executives expressed excitement about the future of CEBA. “This is just the beginning. Reaching the five-year mark means we are growing, learning, and ready to do even more. Expect new initiatives, bigger celebrations and more ways to showcase and support talents and businesses in the Central Region,” he assured.

The Award scheme also recognizes the need to give back to society as need be. Together with corporate brands, CEBA over the past years has donated and helped refurbish a two classroom block at the Twifo Nuamakrom D/A basic school.

“We are counting on all NGO’s and corporate institutions in the region to come on board so that we can give back to society as we have always done” says the CEO.

As CEBA moves into its next chapter, the organizers remain focused on expanding its impact and influence. Plans are already underway to introduce new categories, expand partnerships and create more opportunities for creatives and entrepreneurs in the Central Region.
