I didn’t believe Cecilia Marfo’s prophecy – Joyce Blessing

Joyce Blessing, a gospel musician, has finally replied when her colleague Cecilia Marfo took a microphone from her during a concert and used it to prophesy in her life.

If Joyce Blessing wants her musical throne to be worth it, Madam Marfo advised her to return to her husband.

On January 22, 2021, this incident occurred during Unity Group of Companies’ annual thanksgiving service. The video became popular on social media shortly after that.

Madam Marfo, who was alleged to have been consumed by the Holy Spirit, claimed that God was using Miss Blessing for His cause, but that all she needed to do now was return to her spouse.

Miss Blessing responded to this on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz, saying that while she believes in predictions, Madam Marfo’s gesture was inappropriate.

She explained that the prophecy was not from God because Madam Marfo could have talked to her privately rather than seizing the microphone and broadcasting it to the entire world.

“Sometimes you have to use wisdom when God teaches you something,” a preacher might have advised me privately. We’ve all heard prophecies… You don’t do that while individuals are going through a traumatic experience.

“I wasn’t convinced by the prophecy. God is always with us, and He is with me as well. It has nothing to do with who she is… It’s all about how and where she said it… My marriage has been discussed, but I have never spoken about it. “God can speak to me as well,” the ‘I Swerve You’ singer added.

Joyce Blessing stated that she chose not to challenge Cecelia Marfo because she had been taught not to speak back to an elderly person.

Nonetheless, Madam Marfo apologized to Miss Blessing the next day after the event, according to Miss Blessing.

“When people are going through a terrible moment, you call them privately… you don’t do it to make a trend. She apologized and said she had no idea how things would turn out. She contacted me the next day with her husband,” she said.

Miss Blessing is presently promoting “Oluwa is Involved,” her new single.
