CMG’s Asonaba Kwadwo Nomafo Joins EIB’s Kasapa fm

A renowned and Multi talented Journalist Asonaba Kwadwo Nomafo has resigned from Class Media Group ‘s Accra fm and Class Tv to join Excellence In Broadcasting ( EIB ) Kasapa Fm and Agoo Tv respectively.

Asonaba before his exit from CMG was a news caster at Accra fm and later moved to join Class tv, a subsidiary of CMG where he mostly acted as acting news Editor , Deputy News Editor and a senior broadcast Journalist at CTV who was mostly a lead reporter at various demonstration that sparked in Accra.

Asonaba started his career in 2009 at Hope FM in Breman Asikuma in the central Region as News Anchor and program host. In 2011, he joined Lorlornyo FM in Hohoe for two years . At Lorlornyo FM, Asonaba worked as a news anchor, Morning Show Producer and a program host.

From 2013 to 2019, Asonaba Kwadwo Nomafo had the opportunity to joined Agoo fm at Nkawkaw as a news caster, Program host. He hosted Midmorning , Drive Time, Gospel Programs among others. At Agoo fm , Asonaba was regarded as a great team player , got nominations in many Media Awards.

Through his Asonaba Foundation, Asonaba Kwadwo Nomafo was called The Kids Father due to his love for children. He put smiles in the faces of the Children in Kwahu where he supported some children in school and paid hospital bills for some children who needed to undergo surgeries through Asonaba Foundation.

From 2019 to 2022, he joined Class Media Group’s Accra fm and CTV as news anchor, reporter and also a bench for Accra fm Mid-Morning host Nana Romeo and Drive Time Host, Docta Kay where Asonaba Kwadwo Nomafo proved his versatility in Radio. Indeed Asonaba is an ambidextrous person to recon.

He is now the CEO of Asonaba Media Network where he operates Asonaba Tv on social media and Asonabamediaonline.Com as well as Asonaba Radio .
In his quest to prove his talent, Asonaba proved his music career and begun to record songs to his credit. Some of his songs include; Sika, Angel, Aboagyewaa, Modemo, Me Wifee among others.

Asonaba Kwadwo Nomafo attended school at Akyem Wenchi Salvation Army Secondary School. ( SASEC )
He attended Genesis Professional Institute for For Media Law and Ethics and now in University of Ghana Legon .

Maame Grace Asks President Mahama to Investigate Mosquito Lab Ghana

Spiritual teacher Maame Grace has made a passionate appeal to President John Dramani Mahama, urging him to order an immediate independent investigation into the Mosquito Ecology Research Facility at the University of Ghana.

In a widely shared video on her YouTube page, Maame. Grace expressed deep concerns about the lab, which is reportedly funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and operates under the Target Malaria consortium.

She questioned why such a facility is allowed to operate with what she described as insufficient transparency, suggesting that Ghanaians deserve to know exactly what is being researched in their own backyard.

“Is this about saving lives or something else entirely?” Maame Grace asked in the video, framing her concerns within a broader narrative about foreign influence and the protection of African sovereignty.
She described the situation as part of a “spiritual and physical cold war” against Africans, warning that future generations could bear the consequences if the nation does not act now.

The outspoken media personality did not mince words. She called on the President to personally intervene, demanding that the government put a hold on the facility and launch a thorough, independent probe into its activities.

“Our people’s health is not for sale,” she declared. “We cannot gamble with the well-being of our children and grandchildren. Mr. President, we need answers, and we need them now.”

Her call has resonated with many Ghanaians who have taken to social media to express similar doubts. According to the operators, the lab, commissioned in 2023, is designed to study mosquito ecology and develop innovative tools to combat malaria.
Scientists at the facility have previously explained that the research aims to reduce malaria transmission through advanced biological methods, including the possible use of genetically modified mosquitoes.
