Adjei Domson Submits His Nomination Form Ahead Of AOB-NPP Parliamentary Primaries In April 25th. 

Hundreds Of Delegates And Party Supporters Accompanied Former DCE Of Asikuma Odoben Brakwa District, Honourable Emmanuel Adjei Domson As He Submitted His Nomination Forms Ahead of April NPP Parliamentary Primaries.

The Party of office of the New Patriotic Party in Breman Asikuma, the District Capital of the Asikuma Odoben Brakwa Constituency earlier yesterday, February 14, 2020 was stormed by massive crowd comprising of Party Delegates and supporters who accompanied Honourable Adjei Domson to submit his nomination forms as he Contest the incumbent member of Parliament, Honourable Anthony Effah for the third time at the parliamentary primaries come April 25th. 

The Sintim Media team spotted some key members of the party who are great supporters of Adjei Domson‘s ambition of becoming the next Parliamentary Candidate in the ticket of NPP, win power and help transform lives, bring back massive projects and innovative initiative in helping develop the constituency.

Many of which include; the current NASARA & NADMO Coordinator Hon. Ibrahim Fuseni, Former Constituency Secretary Hon. Francis Benyi and several influential delegates. 

Who is Adjei Domson ? 

Emmanuel Adjei Domson – Former DCE – AOB

Emmanuel Adjei Domson is a Ghanaian Politician and a former District Chief Executive for the Asikuma Odoben Brakwa District.

He hails from Breman Asikuma in the Asikuma Odoben Brakwa District in the Central Region of Ghana.

He holds two masters degrees. One in Law and Governance from the University of Cape Coast and a second masters degree in Media  Communication Studies from the University of Education, Winneba both in Ghana. He is a proud Alumni of the University of Ghana, Legon. 

He had his “O” Level education at Breman Asikuma secondary School In 1993 and preceded to the Presbyterian boys secondary schools where he completed in 1995, having attended Breman Asikuma Ahmadiyya Primary School. 

He is now the managing partner for RODOM consultancy in Accra. A consultancy firm that focuses on management training and consultancy services for key government departments and agencies.

Political Career: 

Emmanuel Adjei Domson is a true party man, having served as party agent for Honorable PC Appiah Ofori in 1996 elections at Anhwiam camp and as an active member of the youth wing in the days of Matthew Annan as chairman of the party, between 2000 and 2004.

He was part of the Hon. P.C. Appiah Ofori team canvassing for votes in the constituency leading to victories for Prez Kuffour and P.C Appiah Ofori and becoming the District Chief Executive from 2005. He did more than anyone before him and after him since he left office.

All the major town roads in the district were done under his tenure as DCE and the good leadership of Hon. P.C Appiah Ofori. He helped built infrastructure in almost every small community in the district and every town and village,

He built the Brakwa Senior High School in the year 2000 at Brakwa to give Brakwa the exposure and balance expected, built more junior high schools for communities in Brakwa like Afofosu, edusosia, and Eshiem. 

After constructing odoben roads, he went on to build schools like odoben Presbyterian basic, odoben catholic and Islamic schools and increased infrastructure at Odoben Senior High School. He also built the Twirdua bridge, providing schools and kitchen to Nankese and schools in Nkwanta Nando

He brought international visitors to the district than any one before and after him. 

He provided school feeding and kitchen facilities in Abuakua, Amoanda, Ayipey , Benin , ohiahyeda, Nankese among other villages. 

The Breman Asikuma traffic lights were built by him to help stop road accidents on market days, built all the schools like ahmadiyya, Presby, col Baidoo, Methodist, and a clinic at Breman Asikuma SHS.

He is best remembered for removing the 70 year old landfill site apaja popularly called apaja bola and built a community center there to serve as a gathering place for the people although successive DCE’s hasn’t contributed to it. 

Adjei Domson has travelled extensively to Several continents on earth and being a public speaker at conferences with Personalities like Prof. Wole Soyinka, Hon. Adefari a former senator of Lagos state in Nigeria and attended the United Nations conference in New York and several Conferences and meetings in the UK. 

He brought many dignitaries to the district than anyone, by bringing more foreign support to the district and getting more dignatories to the district including the current speaker of parliament.

He provided more support to young people by assisting them to gain admission to training colleges and even up to a medical school at korle Bu. He is the first DCE to build teachers quarters and schools at Buame Nkwanta, Asabiem, Fankyenko and Amanbete 

His vision is to expand the frontiers of the district to municipality level with increased access to cutting edge development of the district and restore the dwindling fortunes of the district, then empower the  inhabitants of the district and bring direct foreign investment to the district. 

He is charismatic, visionary , competent , unifier , good speaker and intellectually astute.

He is dare to ensure that, we also get our fair share of the national cake like roads, factories and others that we have been denied for so long.

In a remarkable and memorable ceremony held at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), the Founder of Accra Metropolitan University, Prof. Joshua Alabi, was conferred with an Honorary Doctorate Degree in recognition of his outstanding contributions to higher education, transformational leadership, and national development.

Prof. Alabi, who once served as the Vice-Chancellor of UPSA, is credited with leading one of the most significant turnarounds in Ghana’s tertiary education landscape.

During his acceptance address, Prof. Alabi reflected on his journey with UPSA—how he encountered the university at a modest state and led its transformation into the world-class institution it is today. He emphasized that true institutional excellence is not accidental but a product of consistent values and disciplined leadership.

He shared profound words that resonated deeply with the audience:
“Vision must meet integrity; hard work must meet teamwork.”
According to him, these guiding principles shaped the culture, strategy, and achievements of UPSA during his tenure and continue to serve as pillars for sustainable growth in any institution.

Prof. Alabi also expressed gratitude to the governing council, faculty, alumni, and students whose collective efforts fueled the university’s historic rise. He further dedicated the honor to all educational leaders committed to innovation, ethical leadership, and youth development.

As Founder of Accra Metropolitan University, Prof. Alabi’s recognition at UPSA serves not only as a personal achievement but also as a national acknowledgment of his decades-long commitment to quality education, good governance, and transformational leadership in Ghana and across Africa.
