Who is Her Majesty, Dr. Josephine Diete-Spiff, Esq., JP, of the Twon Brass Kingdom

Her Royal Majesty, Queen Dr. Dame Evangelist Josephine Diete-Spiff, Esq., JP, the Queen of Twon Brass Kingdom in Bayelsa State, Nigeria, who is married to His Majesty King Alfred Papapereye Diete-Spiff, OFR, CFR, DF. JP. She is titled the Twon Ibe Opuyingibo 1 of Twon Brass Kingdom.

She is a distinguished legal practitioner, management professional, educator, corporate leader, humanitarian, and Christian evangelist, with a divine calling with evidence in healing and deliverance ministry. A leader of the Queens of the Niger Delta Initiative.

She holds degrees including an L.L.B. from Rivers State University, Nigeria; an MBA from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom; and a DBA in Entrepreneurship from Walden University, United States. She serves as an Independent Director of University Press PLC, Nigeria, Managing Partner at Miracle Leadership Development Services, USA, and manages corporate, philanthropy, and educational initiatives.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Theatre Arts from the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT). During her time there, she was a prominent student leader and served as the President of the Students’ Union.

In legal education, she holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. Hons) from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology (RSUST) in Port Harcourt, which she completed in 2006, a second degree.

The Twon Ibe Opuyingibo 1, of Twon Brass Kingdom,Her Majesty Queen Dame Josephine Aruoriwo Diete-Spiff Esq was honoured by the International Centre for the Research on African Women in Nation Building and Gender Studies (ICRAWINGS) as “HERO OF GENDER ADVOCACY” for selfless and incomparable contributions towards uplifting the living standard of Women and Girl Child in Bayelsa, Nigeria and Africa at large.

The event which was held in Abuja to commemorate the 16 days activism against sexual and gender based violence according to the organization (ICRAWINGS), which is under the authority of Standtall Africa Initiative (STAi).


The Award programme was Graced by His Majesty,King Alfred Pepepreye Diete-Spiff of Twon Brass Kingdom, important dignitaries from all works of life and captains of Industry.
