In the vibrant culinary scene of Ghana, “Seafood” by Kaf has emerged as one of the most prominent seafood brands, renowned for offering an extensive selection of fresh and delectable seafood options.

Located in Tabora-Lomnava, “Seafood” by Kaf is a haven for seafood lovers, offering an array of products that range from fresh shrimps, fried shrimps, tilapia, prawns, and more. The brand has gained a loyal following due to its dedication to quality, freshness, and flavor. Each dish is a testament to their commitment to sourcing only the best seafood, which is then expertly prepared to highlight its natural flavors.

One of the key reasons “Seafood” by Kaf stands out in Ghana’s growing food scene is its unwavering commitment to freshness. Unlike many restaurants or vendors who rely on frozen or pre-packaged seafood, Kaf ensures that every seafood item on their menu is as fresh as it gets. From the delicate taste of shrimp to the tender meat of tilapia, you’re guaranteed to experience the ocean’s flavors at their peak.

Shrimps, a particular highlight of the brand, are available in many forms, including fresh and fried. The fried shrimp, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, has become a customer favorite, showcasing the skill and attention to detail that Kaf brings to every dish. The prawns, another delicacy on the menu, are rich, sweet, and perfectly cooked, offering a sumptuous, indulgent experience for seafood enthusiasts.

Seafood isn’t just flavorful; it’s also packed with a wealth of health benefits. Fish like tilapia are rich in high-quality protein and low in fat, making them a great choice for a balanced diet. Seafood in general is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, essential for heart health and cognitive function. Prawns and shrimps are also rich in antioxidants and essential vitamins and minerals, promoting overall health and wellness.

The fresh, light nature of seafood also makes it a great option for those watching their weight or looking for a leaner protein source.

What sets “Seafood” by Kaf apart from other seafood providers is the brand’s ability to consistently deliver high-quality meals, coupled with the unmatched freshness of their products. The location in Tabora-Lomnava serves as the heart of this culinary venture, where every dish is made with care, passion, and attention to detail.

If you’re in the mood for a seafood feast that brings the taste of the ocean to your plate, visit “Seafood” by Kaf at their Tabora-Lomnava location. “Don’t Rush Entrepreneurship” – Kweku Etuaful Advises UCC Students

Published

At a time when many young people feel pressured to start businesses immediately after school, entrepreneur and media executive Mr. Kweku Etuaful delivered a timely reminder at the University of Cape Coast.

Speaking at a guest lecture organised by the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Small Enterprises Development (CESED), Mr. Etuaful challenged students to rethink what it truly means to be entrepreneurial. According to him, the foundation of entrepreneurship lies in mindset, discipline, and preparation rather than quick ventures.

Using his personal journey as an example, Mr. Etuaful explained how years spent working in structured corporate environments shaped his approach to business. His experience in finance roles across several organisations helped him develop habits of accountability, financial control, and respect for systems—qualities he believes are often underestimated by aspiring entrepreneurs.

He stressed that micro-entrepreneurship is not about starting small because of limitation, but about starting deliberately. By focusing on specific niches, managing costs carefully, and delivering consistent value, micro businesses can grow sustainably even in uncertain economic conditions.

A major focus of his address was the freelance and gig economy, which he described as a powerful entry point for students and young professionals. However, he cautioned that freelancing should be approached with the same seriousness as formal employment. Reliability, consistency, and reputation, he noted, are what separate successful freelancers from struggling ones.

Mr. Etuaful also highlighted the importance of community and collaboration, drawing insights from Inspire Cape Coast, an initiative aimed at strengthening creative collaboration and storytelling in the Central Region. Through this experience, he said, it became clear that impact is driven more by mindset than location.

In concluding his lecture, Mr. Etuaful encouraged students to slow down, learn deeply, and build strong personal foundations before venturing into full-scale entrepreneurship. He reminded them that employment, freelancing, and entrepreneurship are not competing paths but complementary stages of growth.
