New Vessel, The New Latest Music Group Everyone Is Talking About

The latest and perhaps, the freshest in the Gospel music Industry, New vessel is making waves with their spirit-touching songs across the regions and soon, beyond. They are a gospel music group seeking to communicate to the world through their holy spirit-filled songs.

The name “NEW VESSEL”, evolved from the Christian scripture 2 Kings 2 Vs 19-21 which, according to the bible’s interpretation, speaks of a new jar (Vessel) which is willing to be filled with goodness and words of the Lord for the benefit of everyone.
Hence, they see themselves as the vessels through which the world can receive the good news of God, believe in him and be changed for good.

EARLY DAYS AND MUSIC CAREER.
Inspired from childhood, the group share an indescribable singing passion as they were motivated and ushered into higher levels of talent nurturing as well as great exposure to good music at each stage and level of their musical career.

The team started with the ministering of inspirational songs that spoke volumes about God and his undying love in their small circle of friends, a small but significant step which resulted in the gaining momentum and rising in their career. Their inspirational songs are said to be borne out of sermons, dreams, scriptures as well as real life experiences.

ACIEVEMENTS
Contemporary times have seen them perform at major concerts such as the Praise Celebration, 2022 and Worship fiesta (a gospel concert celebrated annually).

The group produced their first album in 2021; GRACE MADE. YESU and WO DƆ are but a few songs in the GRACE MADE album. The songs were led by Emmanuel Essel, mastered and mixed by TUNEZLAB; and directed and released by Ajeezy studio in August 2022.

Amid the ongoing controversy surrounding the reported appointment of renowned Ghanaian television host and actress Joselyn Dumas, videos have surfaced on social media showing prophecies directed at her by Prophet Moses Bennisan, the Founder and Head Pastor of the Family Altar Ministries in East Legon.

The first prophecy was delivered on December 31, 2024, during the church’s crossover service, while the second came on Saturday, March 1, 2025, during the Prophetic Morning Glory prayers. In the December prophecy, Prophet Bennisan told Dumas, “I keep seeing a Sunday. It’s going to be a celebration day for you. The Lord says what you didn’t even plan for, He has arranged it waiting for you.” On March 1, he further declared that she was about to make headlines—just a day before reports of her alleged appointment surfaced.

News broke on the evening of March 2, 2025, that Joselyn Dumas had been appointed by President John Dramani Mahama as the Deputy Director for Diaspora Affairs. However, the announcement was met with skepticism, as several known NDC commentators quickly dismissed it as fake news. As of now, neither Dumas nor the Presidency has issued an official statement to confirm or deny the reports.

While details of the prophecies remain a topic of speculation, some believe they provide a spiritual context to both Dumas’ alleged appointment and the controversy surrounding it.
