I See Patapaa As A Clown, Not An Artiste – Mr Bankz Fires

Ghanaian Highlife Artiste Mr Bankz born Henry  Ellorm Andrews has disclosed in an exclusive interview with Larry Bolzz on “Video Ryde” show on TV Africa yesterday that, Patapaa is not an artiste but rather a clown. 

Mr Bankz went further to explain that, the kind of music Patapaa is doing doesn’t have any recognized genre in the music industry and his songs doesn’t educate music listeners. 

Mr Bankz threw these shades at Patapaa when responding to comments made by Patapaa about some Highlife Artistes in Ghana. According to Mr Bankz, He was hurt when Patapaa said “Akwaboah is the only Highlife Artiste in Ghana, the rest are Gari”

This comment from Patapaa according to Mr Bankz is disrespectful to other good Highlife Musicians like himself and to the Highlife music genre as a whole. 

Mr Bankz in his explanation tagged Patapaa as a konko artiste and advised him to be in his lane or form a group with AY Poyoo who is another clown and do their konko songs. 

He cautioned Patapaa to never claim he is the new face of Highlife music in Ghana with his Konko songs.
