I Introduced Afrobeat In The Central Region — Mikey Benzy

With a family name “Mikel Cromwell” is a Saltpond born cape coast raised musician, Who introduced Afrobeats music Genre in the central region somewhere around 2013.

When Mikey started doing Afrobeats in the central region many didn’t know what that genre was about and those with little knowledge about it used to laugh at him and tag him as a copycat trying to copy Nigerians’ way of singing.

“Candymann Lucas Mensah” who was then operating on #Sompafm now #Darlingfm use to play one of his biggest tune which actually ushered Mikey into Obama City Music somewhere around 2013 with the song title being “She Dey Bee” Prod by KopowNaade on his then #OCMA’35Chart Show” and that song was one of the best in that OCMA Era.

Mikey Benzy has a couple of great tunes with some featuring the Legendary 4×4, Ruff & Smooth, Edem, Kurl Songz, YBlaq and many more, he won CMA’s Artiste of the Year in 2014 and won Best video of the year 2019.

Mikey’s brand is well known for his style of singing and great visuals delivery as his major weapon, now he is set to drop his latest single dubbed as “Love Doctor” Prod by Diddy Thompson Beatz (DDT) with a video shoot which took place in Dubai Directed by Snares Philms come 30th of this month wait on it.

Darko Vibes Pays Medical Bill of Some Patients At Ga South Municipal Hospital

Ghanaian Hiplife act born Paul Nii Amu Darko known as Darko Vibes has demonstrated an act of generosity after settling medical bills of some patients at Ga South Municipal Hospital.

As part of the Easter Invasion initiative and a way of giving back to the community the multiple award winning musician on Saturday, April 8, 2023, visited the Labor ward of the hospital to celebrate the Easter occasion with them and also by a way of showing appreciation, cleared out all medical bills.
