Get To Know Unqle Kross, Versatile Ghanaian Artiste From Central Region.

Unqle Kross born Quansah Otabil hails from Agona Swedru but was born and raised in a small town called “Newnsuta” in the Ashanti region. He was inspired by his Mother’s life and this has always reflected in his songs.

The hiplife crooner’s mum was once a singer at Pentecost church in Brahabebome and they later moved to agona Swedru

He started writing his songs and performing at age 13 at festivals and other talent haunt competitions and was populary known by then in his community.

When asked about why he couldn’t further his education, he said, “I wanted to school and further my education but  mum died and things started getting  worse”….she was the man and woman at that time and was my only happiness and my rock, gave me money for my ever first recording 2007 and it was  after I’ve  completed my junior only GH¢30.00 currently Elback Studio.”

“In 2010, I couldn’t  complete snr high school,  and got a job  working  as a house help for one  of these india man.  With low level of interest for the job, I stopped and  i intended to take music serious and more personal. I worked with  the man  for one year and later gave up because of the stress and the treatment.”

“I left to the Obuasi, during the illegal mining times. I worked as a loko boy during that time…..life was very tough and crazy, things always get hard to seek for the dream. I had to  come swedru (home) and later moved to Accra,”

“ I met a producer called (mixmanrecords ) in Awoshie and I recorded my second demo and the same time as a barber before i met a friend called Luvaranking and he linked me up to ebo kobina a singer  Rapper and a producer as well, they later introduced  me to (it’s  PAQ DO IT)and ( JAYNIM)”

“I titled my debut EP “I GOT IT” because of the struggle and things I’ve been through as a young determine man on a mission.”

“Youth Are Partners In Building Today, Not Just Tomorrow” – Elkanah Fredrick Ayittey States

Assin North independent candidate hopeful Elkanah Fredrick Ayittey has shared a strong message emphasizing the importance of youth involvement in national development and leadership.

According to him, “The youth are not learners of tomorrow alone, they are partners in building today. Giving power to younger people brings fresh ideas, energy, innovation and courage to create real change for the future.”

His statement highlights the growing call for young people to be actively included in decision-making processes and leadership roles across the country. Elkanah believes the youth should not only be prepared for future responsibilities but should also be given opportunities to contribute meaningfully to society today.

The aspiring parliamentary candidate stressed that empowering young people can help drive innovation, creativity, and progress, especially in areas affecting the future of communities and the nation as a whole.
