Otto Addo resigns as Ghana Black stars head coach

Otto Addo has resigned from Ghana Black Stars after failing to qualify the team to the knockout stage of the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup.

His decision was made following Ghana’s 2-0 defeat against Uruguay in their last Group H game.

Otto Addo was appointed as interim coach by the Ghana Football Association after Milovan Rajevac failing to proceed in the AFCON.

Morocco Becomes First African Nation To Reach World Cup Semi Final

Morocco has become the first African team to qualify for the semi final of the FIFA World Cup after 1-0 win over Portugal at the Al Thumama Stadium on Saturday.

Youssef En-Nesyri open the score sheet for Morocco on the 42nd minutes of the first half.

The Moroccan has conceded just one goal since in the competition and was even an own goal.

In the group stage, Morocco beat Belgium 2-0 and was equal to Spain throughout the round of 16 and now Portugal in the quarter-finals.

Morocco will face France or England in the semis of the World Cup 2022.
