Reimagining the hard-hitting track with his own lyrical fire and emotional depth, Bhardboi Nanasei’s version of “Violence” channels a raw, street wise narrative that resonates deeply with his audience. The accompanying visual, released ahead of the album, is visually minimal but emotionally rich emphasizing themes of struggle, survival, and truth that mirror the spirit of the original while carving out his own lane.

Michael K. Okyere releases “Kyere Me Kwan”

Published

on

Ghanaian artiste Michael K. Okyere has released his latest single, Kyere Me Kwan, a faith driven song that reflects on perseverance, uncertainty and the search for direction in difficult moments.

The title Kyere Me Kwan translates as “Show me your way”, capturing the central message of the song, which encourages listeners to look to God for guidance when life becomes difficult or the way forward is unclear.

Michael K. Okyere said the inspiration for the song came while reflecting on the circumstances surrounding the children of the late Dr Kwadwo Safo Kantanka and how life can change following the loss of a parent.

That reflection prompted him to think about his own experiences and the struggles people face in different stages of life. These thoughts eventually shaped the message behind Kyere Me Kwan, a call for divine direction and strength in times of uncertainty.

The song speaks to people dealing with personal struggles, family challenges, loss and other difficult circumstances, while reminding them that faith can provide hope and a sense of direction.

Kyere Me Kwan adds to Michael K. Okyere’s growing catalogue of faith inspired music, following previous releases including Hwe Fom, Aye, I Am Grateful and Baba God You Do Me Well.

With the new release, the artiste continues to use music to share messages of faith, gratitude and hope with his audience.
