Drawing from his personal journey in the real estate industry, John Sam shared valuable lessons on perseverance, adaptability, and seizing opportunities.

In his address, he challenged students to view graduation not as an end, but as the beginning of a journey that demands vision, resilience, and continuous learning. He stressed the importance of networking, building strong personal brands, and embracing innovation as tools for success in today’s competitive job market.

“I was truly inspired by the energy and ambition of the students,” he remarked after the session. “The future of Ghana is in capable hands, and I believe this generation has the potential to transform industries and communities.”

The summit brought together a vibrant mix of students, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders, creating an atmosphere of shared ideas and collective inspiration. However, it was John Sam’s practical wisdom and motivational delivery that many attendees cited as the highlight of the day.

As part of the Federation’s ongoing efforts to influence youth-centered policies, Bright Mumuni Aziz led a delegation from the Federation of African Youth Development (FOAYD) to participate in a high-level stakeholder engagement on the Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health (ASRH) Programme, jointly organized by the National Youth Authority (NYA) and UNICEF Ghana. The FAYD delegation included Ms. Caroline, General Secretary, and Ms. Rosemond Boayerik, a member of the Federation. Representing the Federation of African Youth Development, Bright Mumuni Aziz played an active role in the discussions and delivered a presentation based on the UNICEF Ghana framework on adolescent health. His presentation emphasized the importance of evidence-driven interventions, multi-sector collaboration, and policies that respond to the evolving needs of young people.

The stakeholder engagement served as an important platform for exchanging ideas, strengthening partnerships, and contributing to the development of sustainable interventions aimed at creating safer and healthier environments for adolescents across the country.

Speaking during the engagement, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the National Youth Authority, Alhaji Inusah Mahama, underscored that youth development extends beyond education, employment, and entrepreneurship.
