The fifth (5th) annual edition of the Kabfam Ghana Music Awards UK was held on Saturday, October 9, 2021 in the United Kingdom.

Gospel Artiste Diana Antwi Hamilton was named the ultimate winner for the night With Artiste Of The Year and also who her self Gospel Artiste and Gospel Song of the year.

Artistes like Medikal, Fameye, Kofi Jamar, Okese 1, Gyakie, Kwaku Darlington and others thrilled fans at the ceremony with their hits songs.
