African Dance Rhythms Lights Up October With Powerful Performances Across Accra

It has been a busy and fulfilling October for one of Ghana’s most hardworking dance groups, African Dance Rhythms. The talented ensemble has been on a vibrant run, performing at major events across the capital from corporate gatherings to health awareness campaigns showcasing the richness of African culture through movement and music.

October 22, 2025, African Dance Rhythms delivered an outstanding performance at Alliance Française Accra during an NGO event. The group’s captivating choreography, rich in storytelling and rhythm, drew enthusiastic applause from guests and organizers.
Their ability to fuse artistry with advocacy once again demonstrated why they are among Ghana’s most respected dance brands.

The group took part in the ASET (The Neurodiagnostic Society) Conference. Their dynamic display of traditional and contemporary African dance energized the event, setting a lively tone that reflected the organization’s commitment to health, wellness, and cultural connection.

The group rounded off their busy month with a memorable performance at the Lincoln Community School’s 5K Run/Walk for a Cure on October 25, 2025, organized by the Run For A Cure Ghana community. The event, held on the school’s campus in Abelemkpe, Accra, aimed to raise awareness about breast cancer in Ghana and across Africa. African Dance Rhythms added color, energy, and cultural flair to the day’s activities, inspiring participants and bringing smiles to faces as they performed for a great cause.

The UPSA Auditorium was transformed into a haven of laughter, creativity, and high-caliber entertainment during the much-anticipated comedy special, “FBI – Funny Boy Innit”, headlined by Ghana’s own Lekzy DeComic. The event not only showcased the brilliance of one of Ghana’s most consistent comedic talents but also highlighted the incredible efforts of the team working tirelessly behind the scenes, including standout production crew member, Caleb Yeslord.

Caleb played a pivotal role in the success of the show, spearheading key aspects of the production.
