The hardworking Branch Manager for Cape Coast based Asaase Radio 100.3 FM, Mr. Jimmy Kutin has really proven to be a Media Maven through his strategic branding skills, powerful production team, renowned hosts and worth listening programs rolling out for the ultramodern urban radio station.

With reference to the alleged list of poached radio presenters in cape coast released on June 14, 2022 by Sintim Media, it was evident that, Raza Swaggy was one of the media personalities rumored to have joined Asaase Radio 100.3 FM in Cape Coast.

On Friday, 1st July, 2022, Mr. Jimmy Kutin took to his official Facebook page to announce Raza Swaggy as the host of a show dubbed “Rush Hour” on Asaase Radio 100.3 FM.

Raza Swaggy better known as the classic man in Central Media is an award winning professional on-air personality with an enviable brand positioning in Central Region.

Born in the late 1980’s in Cape Coast and had all his notable education in Cape Coast from St. Nicholas Anglican Basic School, to Adisadel College, he furthered to grab his first degree at the University of Cape Coast. to

It was during his national service 2011/12 that he joined coastal TV and straight away he became their entertainment show (Coastal Vibe and later Funky Fridays) host.

He decided to venture into radio in 2014 so he joined Cape FM where he started of as a sports presenter, became a co-host to the Orange Drive and then the main Host in July 2016.

He gained admission for a Masters program at University of Cape Coast in September 2017 and months into combining school and radio he parted ways with Cape FM to concentrate on his education.

Having spent five months focusing on his education, radio kept calling and with Atl FM being on the same campus he’s schooling, he joined them in April 2018, where he started of as the morning show host, briefly hosted the mid morning and finally settled on the Ocean drive and then became the host of the award winning relationship Talk show, “Love Reasons” for which he wrote and recorded a song with the same title.

In his days at ATL FM,  he won the Radio Personality of the year by CeBA 2021 and the Brunch show host of the year by CeMA 2022.

He joined Asaase Radio in June 2022 together with other renowned media personalities like Candyman Lucas Mensah, Dorinda Armstrong and Nyanis Addo.

Raza Swaggy will be hosting “Rush Hour” show every Monday to Friday from 2PM to 5PM live on Asaase Radio 100.3 FM.
