MTN Ghana Koforidua Business Unit Shut Down Over Coronavirus Case
Ghana’s largest Telecommunication service provider –MTN Ghana has temporarily shut down its business unit branch in Koforidua, the Eastern Regional Capital over the coronavirus case.
Information indicates that contact to a positive Covid-19 case has been traced to the office.
The management of the Telecommunication MTN Ghana decided to shut down the office with immediate effect for staff to self- isolate whiles waiting for their test results and to maintain precautionary measure.
Customers of the Telecom company are worried over the shut down of the office closure has unconvinced their direct access to customer care services of the company particularly on SIM card replacement and mobile money related challenges.
MTN Ghana apologized to his cherished customers for the inconvenience caused.
